What if my item doesn't fit?

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

How can I track my order?
If you find that the item you ordered doesn't fit, just get back in touch. Once I receive the item back (it does need to be in the same condition as when you received it) I will send you out a new item in the correct size.
It will be sent to you within 1-2 business days (although I do try to get them sent same day when possible).
Once your order has been packed up ready for the courier to collect, you will receive an email from Trevo Equestrian with the carrier and the tracking details.


Pick up vs shipping?
What payment methods do you accept?
You can choose to pick up your order from an organized location in Upper Hutt or we can ship to you at your nominated delivery address
We accept credit card, Afterpay, online banking or cash.
